This research contains materials of experimental studies of the coordinate structure of the distribution of polarization ellipticity of spectral ("red"λ1 = 0,632μm and "blue"λ1 = 0,414μm) laser images of punctate samples of healthy (group I), preoperative (group II) patients and postoperative (group III) cancer patients. Two-dimensional distributions of elliptic polarization values of the "red" and "blue" laser images of punctate oncological patients of groups I, II and III are presented and analyzed. Samples of stationary values of the polarization ellipticity of laser images of punctate samples of three groups of oncological patients were studied and the patterns of their coordinate and spatial-frequency construction were established. On this basis, polarization criteria for the differentiation of laser images of patients of groups I, II and III are established. The ranges of changes in the statistical moments of the first and fourth orders of the coordinate distribution of
polarization ellipticity (“red” λ1= 0,632μm and “blue” λ1=0,414μm) laser images were studied, and statistical criteria for the differentiation of laser images of patients A, B and C groups were established. Some legal aspects of labor adaptation revealed by the proposed diagnostic methods in labor and social collectives are considered.
This research contains the results: 1. of the method of Stokes-correlometric mapping, the physical processes of changes in optical anisotropy (distribution of optical axis directions and phase modulation) of biological structured (kidney) and parenchymal (liver) tissues of rat internal organs, which are caused by systemic pathology (diabetes), were identified and analyzed as part of a statistical analysis. 2. of the most sensitive parameters (statistical moments of the 1st – 4th orders of magnitude, the correlation moment of the 4th order) to changes in the distribution structure of the magnitude and phase of the SCS of the 3rd and 4th parameters of the “two-point” parameter of the Stokes polarization heterogeneous microscopic images of histological sections of healthy and diabetic rat kidney and liver tissues. 3. of social and legal aspects of implementation of methods for early diagnosis of systemic diseases in public society.
The morphological and anizotropy characteristics of the left ventricle false chordae tendineae of human heart in the aspect of their anisotropic properties using spectroscopic-polarization methods was studied. There are given the results of statistical correlation structure of the spectral dependence of the two-dimensional Mueller matrix elements and phase shifts of histological sections of different morphological structure and physiological state. The relationship between the distribution of orientations of the optical axes birefringent miozyn fibrils with a set of statistical moments that characterize the distributions of Mueller matrix elements in different spectral ranges and half-width corresponding autocorrelation functions are established.
In this paper are presented next research materials: • structural-logical scheme for diagnosing the limitation of death (LD) by the methods of polarizing microscopic tomography of the polycrystalline structure of vitreous preparations; • the temporal dynamics of necrotic changes in the coordinate distributions of the magnitude of the linear birefringence (LB) of the crystalline fraction of VB layers of the deceased; • the magnitudes and ranges of the temporal variation of the statistical moments of the 1st to the 4th orders characterizing the distributions of the LB value of the crystal fraction of the VB layers of the deceased; • efficiency and accuracy of LD determination by the method of polarization microscopic tomography LB polycrystalline component of the VB layers of the deceased; • the effectiveness of the use of wavelet analysis of the coordinate distributions of the LB value of a polycrystalline fraction of VB layers of the deceased in certain LD.
The materials of experimental studies of the coordinate and statistical structure of the coordinate distributions of the degree of local depolarization of coprofiltrate layers taken from patients of group 1 and group 2 are presented.
The interrelations between the values of the statistical moments characterizing the coordinate distributions of the degree of local depolarization of coprofiltrate layers and the physiological state of the patients within group 1 and group 2 are established.
An analysis of the operational characteristics of the power of mapping the coordinate distributions of the degree of local depolarization of coprofiltrate layers taken from patients of group 1 and group 2 based on the determination of sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, predictability of positive and predictability of a negative result is carried out from the standpoint of evidence-based medicine.
The aim of this study is to study the microscopic, submicroscopic structure and polarization properties of the chordae tendineae of the atrio-ventricular valves of the heart of infants. Methods of laser polarimetry provide additional information about the morphological and optico-anisotropic structure of the biological tissues in norm and in pathology, which is aimed at visualization and in order to receive of the informative images of the polarization-inhomogeneous object fields and their statistical analysis, makes it possible to establish the differential signs of the biological tissues state in norm and pathology. The disordered architectonics of cardiomyocytes of various localization was manifested in false tendons of fibro-muscular and muscular types. The topologically localized and phase-inhomogeneous component of the anisotropic formations of cardiomyocytes manifested itself in the values of statistical moments of higher orders of the Stokes vector-parameter S3. The correlation characteristic of the filtered collagen network indicates an ordered and largescale character of manifestations of hierarchical anisotropy of collagen fibers with a distinct difference in the values of the fourth-order statistical moment (excess) of the values of the ellipticity of the polarization of the image.
The morphological peculiarities of TS mitral valve of the heart of man in normal and abnormal spaced strings of the left ventricle and the study of their structural features depending on the location was studied. Results of statistical dependency and the correlation structure of two-dimensional Mueller matrix elements in different spectral ranges of laser radiation on changes in the distribution of orientations of the optical axes and birefringence of protein crystals biological tissues revealed. Diagnostic sensitivity to changes in optical anisotropic component of biological objects of statistical (statistical moments of the 1st - 4th order) and correlation (half-width of the autocorrelation function and the variance of the power spectra) parameters was founded.
The aim of this research is to clarify the anizotropic structure and polarization properties of the chordae tendinea of the atrio-ventricular heart valves of the foetus. The researches of images of sections of chordae tendinea of the human heart using the method of laser polarimetry have been carried out to systematically analyze the topography of anisotropic properties of collagen fibers, elastic fibers and contractile cardiomyocytes through the obtained intensity distributions at different polarization orientations of Stokes vector parameters, polarization maps, as well as elements of the Mueller matrixes and their respective statistical moments from the 1st to the 4th order. It was shown that the character of manifestations of anisotropic properties manifested itself in different topographical architectures of these types of fibers with a different level of birefringence, which were visualized in different polarization states of the probing and analyzing beams, which was also described by other scientists.
