Abstract

This article considers all kinds of enterprises involved in the circulation of goods, and analyzes the logistics chain risk from the start of the delivery of goods by the consignor to the acceptance of the goods by the consignee. The logistics chain includes the process of goods arriving at the shipping port, the port arriving at the receiving port through waterway transportation, and then to the consignee. Companies that can have a risk impact on the logistics chain include shippers, port companies, shipping companies, and consignees. The risk factors that affect these types of companies include personnel, equipment, environment, and management. Starting from the above four factors, this article studies the weights of shippers and consignees, shipping companies, and ports, and selects the company with the highest comprehensive weight among them, and considers this company to be the core company in the logistics chain. After calculation and analysis, it is concluded that the port enterprise is the core enterprise of the logistics chain, and finally, the factors to reduce the risk of the logistics chain are proposed for the port enterprise.
