Simonetta Grilli got her PhD at the KTH in Stockholm and she is now a research scientist at CNR-INO.
Current activities include nano-structuring of ferroelectric crystals and nano-manipulation of fluids
through pyro-electrohydrodynamic approaches. She received the Doctoral Thesis Award in Optoelectronics from the IEEE-LEOS society.
She is co-author of more than 60 papers in international journals. She is co-editor of the book Ferroelectric Crystals for Photonic Applications by Springer (2008).
