The scarcity of the proper tool for fast developing intelligent toy is the one of problem that affects developing the top grade toys of our country. This paper presents a method that is based on the tree structure for developing intelligent toys, which is supported by a friendly man-machine interface, is able to realize restructuring and modularizing design of the program, debugging and controlling intelligent toy smartly, and to avoid some mistakes of a program. This method with the help of Problem Analysis Diagram (PAD) transforms a programming task of the intelligent toy into the tree structure, translates and executes every node of the tree structure. The corresponding commands and data can be transmitted to the controller of an intelligent toy, also be generated into a downloaded program for the chip microprocessor.

It is a current tendency of development in automation technology to replace manpower with manipulators in working places where dangerous, harmful, heavy or repetitive work is involved. The sort manipulator is installed in a crystal-angle sort machine to take the place of manpower, and engaged in unloading and sorting work. It is the outcome of combing together mechanism, electric transmission, and pneumatic element and micro-controller control. The step motor makes the sort manipulator operate precisely. The pneumatic elements make the sort manipulator be cleverer. Micro-controller's software bestows some simple artificial intelligence on the sort manipulator, so that it can precisely repeat its unloading and sorting work. The combination of manipulator's zero position and step motor counting control puts an end to accumulating error in long time operation. A sort manipulator's design in the practice engineering has been proved to be correct and reliable.

This paper puts forward some methods aiming at grinding diamond (1) a new method of examining and testing grinding force through tests on the rotational speed of driven belt pulley (2) at the original stage of grinding, the grinding force and area are adopted to control the feeding speed of grinding. The variation rule is given in the paper drawn from the experiment about the rotational speed and mill grinding force in normal direction (short for: grinding force). And the formula is induced about the grinding surface area of circular diamond varying with the grinding amount from blank the shape of while grinding. The adoption of the method in the paper can meet the diamond of real time controlling the grinding process of diamond precisely and efficiently.

This paper puts forward the method of undergoing the type conversion and sorting of convex hull on the homogeneous coordinate. The hyperbolic convex hull, one of hulls, can be used to recognize the existing region of straight lines on the raster display. It can be applied in both sides - how to find linear route as long as possible in curve lanes and the linear dealing procedure of curves.
A new double layer interpolation to cubic parametric curves is derived and analyzed. In the outer layer interpolation, while (Delta) 2f <EQ 2 a cubic parametric curve is split into lines; in the inner layer interpolation, every line is split into discrete points. This approach uses 32 bit integer values and arithmetic shifts.
