Abstract

Erratum corrects misspelling in an author name.

This article [Opt. Eng. 62(8), 087104 (2023), doi: https://doi.org/10.1117/1.OE.62.8.087104] was originally published on 24 August 2023, with an error in the first author’s name. The name has been corrected and now appears as above. The paper was corrected on 3 October 2023.
