Abstract
This paper classifies user function interaction basis on interaction's characteristic, user quantity and interaction range. The paper illustrates the interaction's reasons, conditions and environments by analysis of some examples in order to achieve understanding service interaction in intelligent network deeply. By analysis service-running time was hold and find that the basic reason resulting in service interaction is network resource. The analysis provides foundation for further searching technical way to resolve those questions.
