Abstract
A realized concept for a geometry measurement system is presented to be applied near the production process. Here the measuring object is covered by a robot-guided camera from various positions. By applying photogrammetrical adjustment methods for the evaluation of the image measurements, a measurement uncertainty is realizable which is independent of the accuracy of the camera positioning. Moreover, an image evaluation based on a CAD model is presented, which is especially designed for the use of a moved camera.
