Abstract

Modes content for quaternary semiconducting narrow-gap alloyes isexamined for the case of HgCdMnTe single crystal. FIR-reflection spec- tra are presented for low manganese concentration (Mn is of 0.015, Cdis of 0.33) and identification of different impurity-induced vibratio- nal states is performed for different contents of cadmium and mangane- se.
