Abstract
With the continuous progress of society and the rapid development of technology, multimedia video processing technology has been widely applied in various fields. This paper presents the design of a functional video processing tool based on the Pango50K development board, capable of performing various image processing functions, including four-way stitching, arbitrary scaling, brightness and chroma adjustment, edge detection, and image translation in all directions. It aims to meet the diverse demands for multifunctional video processing. The system adopts a pipeline approach to image processing, ensuring the transmission speed of video streams and display frame rates.
