Abstract
With the improvement of quality management system requirements year by year, the task side's requirements for product quality are becoming more and more stringent. How to improve and efficiently carry out quality work is the focus of our research. Through the implementation of three stages of quality control, that is, before, during and after the three stages of the whole system process quality control, reduce the amount of product rework, improve product quality. In this paper, the rework of printed circuit boards in the past year is taken as an example, data analysis is carried out, and the main reasons for repeated rework problems are summarized, which is used as the quantitative basis for pre-control of printed circuit boards production, and corresponding quality control measures are taken to solve existing quality problems, so as to ensure the rigor and effectiveness of quality control work.
