Abstract
Firstly, this article introduces the background and purpose of Low-Voltage Distribution Network (LVDN) topology intelligent identification system. The characteristics and importance of LVDN are expounded. The method and steps of applying machine learning (ML) algorithm to intelligent topology identification system of LVDN are introduced in detail. Then, the relevant data of LVDN are collected, preprocessed and feature extracted. The intelligent topology identification model of LVDN is constructed by using Deep Learning (DL) algorithm, and it is trained and optimized. Finally, this article makes a simulation study on the topology intelligent identification system of LVDN. A LVDN simulation model was established, corresponding topology structures were generated, and simulation data was input into the LVDN topology intelligent recognition model for training and testing; The identification results were analyzed and compared, verifying the feasibility and effectiveness of this method. By comparing the experimental results with the performance of traditional methods, it is found that the efficiency of this system is improved by about 19% compared with traditional RNN. Moreover, the recognition accuracy of the system is high, which can reach about 96%. Its research has certain theoretical and practical value.
