Abstract
To solve the problems of poor reliability, lack of metering function, and low intelligence of traditional circuit breakers, which cannot meet the requirements of digital transformation in substations, an intelligent measurement switch based on multiple control strategies was designed. Based on the analysis of the digital transformation needs of the substation, a distributed structure and modular design were adopted, and an intelligent measurement switch software and hardware architecture that can collect multiple electrical parameters was designed using HPLC communication. Design different control strategies for different application scenarios such as flexible transformers, photovoltaics, energy storage, and charging to meet the needs of actual substation applications. This intelligent measurement switch realizes the intelligence of the measurement switch, providing technical support for on-site operation and maintenance of the substation, and has engineering practical significance.
