Abstract
Conducting aircraft freezing rain environmental adaptation tests in a laboratory simulated freezing rain environment is an effective means of exposing the environmental adaptation problems of aircraft under freezing rain environmental conditions. In order to meet the needs of the aircraft freezing rain environment test, a set of integrated, multi-functional freezing rain environment simulation system is designed, in the climatic environment laboratory, by adjusting the laboratory temperature and controlling the freezing rain environment simulation system, to carry out the freezing rain environment simulation effect validation test with the special cables, missile radomes, flaps and other components, the test results show that the designed freezing rain simulation system can effectively simulate the freezing rain environment, and can realize the environmental parameters required by GJB150 2009-22A. The test results show that the designed freezing rain simulation system can effectively simulate the freezing rain environment and realize the environmental parameters required by GJB150 2009-22A, and it is found that the freezing rain environment simulation system is able to realize the more severe freezing rain environment parameters.
