Abstract
Taking the development of public computing service systems as the background requirement, combined with Digital Twin related technologies, the design of computing units is carried out. Research is carried out from the aspects of structural design, thermal simulation, mechanical simulation, and life cycle prediction, breaking through key technologies such as product health management technology based on Digital Twin ideas, thermal simulation, and twin technology based on model analysis, and mechanical simulation and twin technology based on finite element method. A full life cycle information mirror of computing units in public computing service systems is constructed to improve the reliability, maintainability, guarantee, and testability of computing units, laying a foundation for subsequent in-depth research.
