Abstract
The aim of this study was to screen and identify extracellular polysaccharide producing bacteria from waste tea residues. There are a variety of bacteria in waste tea residues, from which to find, isolate, screen the ability to produce extracellular polysaccharides a strain of TB16 (Klebsiella pnenmoniae) bacteria with the ability to produce a good biological activity of extracellular polysaccharides and to analyse its genetic background, from the genomic perspective of the analysis of the genome is indispensable, the genome of the means to help us to find out that the genetic information, the function of the genes, genome structure and other aspects of information mining, help us to establish a system of biological evolution and phylogenetic studies. By sequencing the whole genome of this bacterium, TB16 belongs to the genus Klebsiella pneumoniae, which is a group of bacteria widely found in nature with a certain degree of pathogenicity and antibiotic resistance. The bacterium adapts to the host microenvironment in a variety of ways, and may acquire resistance genes through phage-level gene transfer. It was found that this bacterium may also play an important role in biogeochemical cycles.

Overall, whole genome sequencing and analysis can provide basic data support for further research on the diversity, environmental impact, material degradation and infection prevention and control of this bacterium, which will help to deepen the understanding and control of this bacterium.
