Abstract
Purpose: To systematically explore the research pulse and hotspots of clustering algorithms in pharmaceutical intellectual property rights in China, and to provide reference for researchers to comprehensively and objectively grasp the research trend in this field. Methods: Adopting clustering algorithms such as co-occurrence analysis, LLR algorithm, EM algorithm and mutual information algorithm, and using CNKI database as the data source, we searched and summarized the literature collected since the establishment of the database up to 2023, and drew the knowledge map and carried out the visualization analysis. Results: the research on pharmaceutical intellectual property rights in China started late and the awareness of intellectual property rights is weak; the cooperation between Chen Feng, Zhang Jing and Yang Jun is closer, and more work has been done in the research of pharmaceutical intellectual property rights. Keywords co-occurrence analysis found that the research hotspots are the object, law, system, measures and role of pharmaceutical intellectual property rights; cluster analysis found that the research focuses on the strategic research on intellectual property rights protection in the pharmaceutical industry; time series mapping shows that my current pharmaceutical intellectual property rights in China are in the stage of high-quality development. Conclusion: China's pharmaceutical intellectual property research needs to strengthen international cooperation and exchange, and continuously improve the traditional pharmaceutical intellectual property protection system and pharmaceutical intellectual property-related laws and regulations
