Abstract

With the continuous expansion of urban scale and population growth in our country, massive data resources and people's demand for a better life have begun to accumulate constantly, while the Smart City is also gradually stepping into a new development stage of high-quality transformation. In this context, how to break the dilemma of isolated data island, activate data effectiveness, release data value to serve the social, economic and urban governance, and enhance the people's sense of well-being are the key issues to be solved in the development of innovative Smarter City. This paper proposes to build a big data empowerment platform based on IoT perception and big data technology to strengthen the integration and application of urban big data under the real demand of the construction of Smart Chengdu, and to carry out exploratory integration and innovation on the application scenarios of the smart Hibiscus City big data platform, so as to realize the urban operation of "one network unified management" and the "one network enjoyment" of data resources, and to realize the "one network management" and the "one network enjoyment" of data resources. It will also explore the integration and innovation of the application scenarios of the Wisdom Hibiscus City Big Data Platform to realize "one network for unified management" of urban operation and "one network for enjoyment" of data resources, boost the digital transformation of Chengdu, and provide important support for the creation of a high quality of life and the implementation of efficient governance.
