Abstract

Electric power project management informatisation systems play an important role in improving the efficiency and accuracy of project management in the power industry, optimising resource allocation and enhancing data quality. This paper introduces the composition of the power project management informatisation system. It also points out the problems of project management informatisation in electric power enterprises. This paper also introduces the advantages and benefits of the power project management informatisation system, analyses the reasons why the system improves data quality, and discusses the development trends and challenges of the power project management informatisation system. Finally, it supports that by applying the power project management informatisation system in power enterprises, the power industry can better cope with the challenges in project management and achieve the goal of sustainable development.
