Abstract
Ultraviolet has good inactivation effect on COVID-19 and other viruses, so it is widely recommended by the national health board. The disadvantages of mainstream UV disinfection lamps are high pressure and high mercury and no monitoring function, so a widely used UV virus inactivation system based on semiconductor ultraviolet light-emitting diode (LED) and avalanche photodetector (APD) was designed. The hardware of the system consists of LED drive circuit, APD drive circuit, signal conditioning circuit and control core myRIO. The function of ultraviolet radiation disinfection and dose monitoring can be realized by cooperating with the corresponding software. The experiment shows that the system has excellent linearity and stability, which is of great significance to the security of public living environment.
