Abstract
For a 300 MW co-generation unit, an integrated thermodynamic system model based on condensing heat supply, zero output heat supply of low pressure cylinder, high and low pressure bypass heat supply, etc. was built by using Ebsilon software. Through variable operating conditions calculation, the heating capacity, power generation heat consumption, and peak shaving capacity of units under different heating modes were compared and analyzed. The results show that zero output heating from the low-pressure cylinder and high and low pressure bypass heating can effectively increase the maximum heating capacity of the unit. Compared to the condensing heating method, the heating capacity can be increased by 18% and 54%; The economy of low-pressure cylinder zero output heating is better, reducing the power generation heat consumption by 15% -25% compared to the condensing condition, while the economy of the high and low pressure bypass heating scheme is the worst; The electric peak shaving capacity of high and low pressure bypass heating is better, and it can maintain 30% -35% rated electrical load operation in the entire heating range. Finally, based on case unit data, this article specifically analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of zero output heating from lowpressure cylinders and high and low pressure bypass heating during the actual heating period, providing reference for the renovation of similar units.
