Abstract
The hoist transformation project is an important project to improve the safety index of a coal mine. Hoist plays a very important role in the underground normal production after the completion of the transformation. Up to 2022, the performance of the mechanical and electrical parts of foreign motor hoists has been greatly improved, and the two parts promote and improve each other, which is embodied in the application of variable frequency speed regulation technology in the transformation of mine hoist speed regulation system, because it is a fundamental change in the way of rotor series resistance speed regulation. This technology fundamentally eliminates the problem of energy consumption caused by rotor series resistance. Therefore, the mine requires the electrical control system of the main shaft to be transformed into a safe, reliable, efficient and highly automated system. At present, most of the electric control systems used in coal mine shaft sinking construction in our country are series resistance speed regulation or low-voltage frequency conversion electric control systems. Although PLC control system has been used in the operation control part, it still can not meet the requirements of the control system and lifting power of the hoist during coal mine shaft sinking. This traditional form of control system not only consumes a lot of energy, but also has poor stability, resulting in low efficiency and frequent failures. According to the existing situation of a coal mine, combined with the advanced technology of foreign hoist application, the electric control equipment of the mine hoist is technically transformed. The results of field application show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
