Abstract
Aiming at the problem earthquake emergencies are hazardous, time-sensitive and difficult to control, so earthquake emergency plans play an important role in the emergency response to major emergencies. We conducted functional analysis and design of the earthquake emergency plan management system after analyzing the current state and flaws of earthquake plan management. Based on the PyCharm platform and B/S model, we combined the requirements for plan management in the emergency platform and used Django architecture to realize the system development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScr. The system can give the earthquake department the theoretical backing and technical assurance it needs to maintain and improve the current plans.
