Abstract
Facing the development trend of the surge in the production capacity of a certain key aircraft type in China during the 14th Five-Year Plan period, a large-component intelligent attitude adjustment and alignment system based on the Inovance motion control system was designed. Carry out research on key technologies such as coordinate self-transformation technology based on piecewise straight line fitting and dynamic tracking measurement technology based on actual value prediction. Solve a series of problems such as the difficulty of installation and debugging of large parts of the aircraft and the low success rate of automatic measurement. System equipment is fully localized. Inovance AC812 is used as the core controller, which effectively reduces the risk of imported equipment brands getting stuck. The application shows that the system has high assembly precision and assembly efficiency, and can meet the requirements of use.
