Abstract
Hydraulic presses are widely used as a kind of metal forming machinery. However, the computer-aided design and computer-aided engineering (CAD/CAE) technology is not used frequently in hydraulic press design, resulting in low efficiency. Taking the hydraulic press as the research object, this paper develops the CAD system of the hydraulic press based on the secondary development of SolidWorks, realizing the parametric modeling of the hydraulic press. Combined with CAE technology, the application of Ansys software in the finite element analysis of the hydraulic press is also introduced.
