Abstract
Taking the main stream of the Beipan River as the research object, in order to guarantee the ecological indicators of the Dadukou section, by studying a leading power station in the upper reaches of the Beipan River, analyzing the current contradictions in the basin. Considering the cascade development of the Beipan River Basin, taking the ecological guarantee rate as the constraint condition, and taking the maximization of power generation efficiency as the objective function, the SCE-SR algorithm is studied on the basis of adding ecological constraints to construct an optimal dispatch model that takes into account both economic and ecological benefits. Finally compare the solution performance and results of SCE-SR algorithm and conventional scheduling;
