Abstract
Luminance and lifetime are key indicators for quantum dot light-emitting diodes(QLEDs) applications. Improving the hole function layer is a more effective method in many strategies for developing high-stability QLEDs. In our research, it was confirmed that QLEDs which use copper thiocyanate (CuSCN) has better performance than using traditional materials of poly(3,4-ethylene dioxythiophene): poly(styrene sulfonate) (PEDOT: PSS). The energy level of the device after using CuSCN is more matched, the transmittance of the red light band is higher, and making the hole injection capacity stronger. Luminance and service life have been increased by 53% and 68.5%, respectively. This work has far-reaching significance for the preparation of low-cost,and high-stability QLED devices that contribute to commercialization.
