Abstract
The three-dimensional finite element analysis method is used to calculate 72 schemes of the hydropower station cushion volute different cushion parameters, and the influence of cushion parameters on the natural vibration frequency of the hydropower station main structure is analyzed, and the following main conclusions are drawn: In the case of various cushion parameters, the low-order vibration mode of the hydropower station structure is the local vertical vibration of the floor. When the envelope angle of the cushion is the same, with the increase of the cushion deformation modulus, the corresponding natural vibration frequencies of each order increase slightly. The increase amplitude is small, and the maximum increase is only 0.36%, no matter the cushion is normal or failure. When the deformation modulus of the cushion is the same, with the increase of the cushion angle, the corresponding natural frequencies of each order all decrease slightly, but the decreasing range is also very small, and the maximum variation range is less than 0.2%. The variation of cushion parameters such as cushion range and modulus has little influence on the natural vibration frequency of the whole structure. The natural vibration frequency of cushion scheme is only slightly different from that of direct-buried scheme, and the cushion will not affect the stable operation of the unit.
