Abstract
On the shoreline of lake Baikal a relation between wave hydrodynamic and electric processes is established. The devices and the methods of measurement for 6-channel recording is considered. The novelty and practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the electrokinetic effect can be used to develop equipment for assessing the parameters of wave hydrodynamic processes. The maximum of potentials difference corresponding moment when electrode 0 in sandy soil is flooding. The minimum of potentials difference corresponding moment when water runout of electrodes 0-5. Synchronously in all channels we observing impulses of atmospheric lighting discharge (about 0.7 second). The positive bursts of impulses from 4 to 5 seconds on electrodes 1-0-2 are showing dynamic of water wave process. By impulse delay we can estimating a movement direction of a wave edge.
