This work present a compact, lightweight, low power consumption, a proposal cosmic ray detector based on Silicon photomultipliers (SiPM) and plastic scintillator optimized for use as a payload in standard cubesat systems for suborbital or orbital flights. This instrument use a reconfigurable architecture design for on-board processing of command and handling subsystem using COTS SoCs. Therefore detector is to use a field programmable gate array (FPGA), it is so the detector is designed using Xilinx device ZynQ SoC.
