Abstract
The ability of the human autonomic nervous system to regulate can be assessed and judged by HRV analysis. The purpose of this paper is to examine the HRV of college students in the quiet condition and the heart rate variation of the recovery process following long-distance running, and heart rate change from rock music to a light music environment were compared and analyzed. By studying the control group consisting of collegiate and non-varsity sports teams as objects of investigation, and the effects of exercise and noise on HRV were assessed. For the purposes of this paper, the ECGs of experimenters in different states were collected, and the R-R interval was extracted as the primary research data. First, the HRV parameters MHP, HR, SDNN, RMSSD, pNN50 in the time domain were calculated using the R-R interval and then the HRV in the frequency domain was analyzed by scatterplot analysis. Based on these results, the average specificity of the five indicators was 88.74%, and the sensitivity was 76.54%. In conclusion, this study demonstrates that HRV of collegiate sports teams in the process of sport recovery and music slowing is stronger than that of non-varsity sports teams. And exercise may improve the balance of sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves in the human body.
