Abstract
In order to solve the problems of public safety and user parking irregularities caused by the current unmanned parking management, a design based on the combination of block chain and parking integral system is proposed. By integrating parking management into urban civilization integrity score and combining with blockchain technology, we can explore the establishment of a system to regulate personal parking behavior with integrity score. Based on the HyperLedger Fabric blockchain development platform, a set of common users, traffic management departments, personal credit system and other joint participation of the alliance chain, the use of blockchain technology can not be tampered with the characteristics, but also to solve the traditional integration system of poor liquidity, user rights and interests can not be guaranteed.
