Abstract
With the increasing competition in the hot pot market, Haidilao must understand the dining needs and consumer psychology of customers, in order to stand firm in the market competition. This paper takes Chengdu Qunguang Plaza Haidilao branch as the research object, and obtains the post-meal evaluation data of the branch on the platform of the public comment platform published online. In this paper, after basic pre-processing operations such as removing duplicate and cleaning of the data, the distribution of customer scores is analyzed to obtain customer satisfaction with the restaurant. Secondly, the text data of customer comments are analyzed by text word segmentation, word frequency statistics, word cloud data display and other methods. Then, the LDA theme analysis model is used to conduct theme analysis on the review data. The experimental results show that the Haidilao branch has advantages in dishes, pot bottom and service. There are deficiencies in food hygiene, environment and queuing. According to the model results, this paper puts forward the corresponding five suggestions. Finally, in view of the shortcomings of this paper, the improvement plan and future prospects are put forward.
