Abstract
The aim of the study was to use the polarization spectrophotometry method to develop a diagnostic algorithm for blood studies and the content of douglas deepening in women with. Based on the study of blood and puncture of douglas deepening of healthy women and patients with benign and malignant tumors of the ovaries, using the method of polarization spectrophotometry, photometric and polarization criteria indicating the presence of malignancy of the tumor were experimentally developed and clinically tested.
